Steve Brown is a distinguished attorney, venture capitalist and philanthropist based in Dallas, Texas, renowned for his expertise in navigating complex legal and financial landscapes. With an impressive career spanning several decades, Brown has established himself as a leading figure in the legal and business communities, both locally and internationally.

Steve has over 30 years’ experience in regulatory and compliance matters related to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Steve worked for Pharmacia, and after the merger, with Pfizer where he completed over 120 deliverables for 18 pharmaceutical business units including emerging technologies, new drug discovery, marketing and sales, direct to consumer, information technology, security, manufacturing, consumer, research and development, human resources, reimbursement, government relations, internet marketing and privacy. Over the years, Steve has developed a global network of personal relationships with colleagues, business, and government leaders. Specifically, Mr. Brown was designated the American Red Cross’ White House Liaison Officer and in this role he successfully negotiated a $600 million dollar relief package in support of the endangered Red Cross Blood Bank after the events of 9/11. During that same time-frame, Mr. Brown served as the legal consultant to the Aspen Institute’s Health Policy Program where he negotiated a number of successful contracts and intellectual property issues. In addition to his business acumen, he previously served as an officer in the United States Navy.
